Refund policy

RETURN POLICY
Returns are not permitted for assembled products, installed products, and modified cabinets. Please note the following guidelines for ready-to-assemble cabinet returns: 

All returns of ready-to-assemble cabinets are subject to inspection and approval. To start a return, you can contact us at info@nexusbuild.biz. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Returns of ready-to-assemble cabinets that are considered ‘open box’ after inspection will not be eligible for credit. Returns of ready-to-assemble cabinets requested beyond 30 days from product delivery will not be qualified for credit. All approved returns of ready-to-assemble cabinets are eligible for credit or a full refund, less a 25% restocking fee.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please ensure you carefully inspect your order upon receipt. Any missing items, incorrect items, or visible damages must be reported immediately upon delivery and documented on file. Concealed product damages must be reported within 14 business days of delivery. Clients are required to provide photographic evidence of any damage when initiating a claim. To file a claim, please contact us at info@nexusbuild.biz. Please note that all voluntary reschedules or delays will incur a storage fee of $35.00 per day. Your order will not be released until all storage fees have been paid in full.

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@nexusbuild.biz.
